TINY TREASURES FUNDRAISER AND EXHIBITION

Again this year is a $50 award for the art club/association with the most Tiny Treasures entries.
You don’t have to be a WRAA member to participate - although new members are always welcome!   Why not have a Tiny Treasures’ party with your friends and enjoy making them together?  Participants need to be at least 14 years old as of July 10, 2020.  Professional and nonprofessional artists are welcome to enter.  Please pass this on to anyone you can think of to encourage them to be a part of this unique opportunity.
The cash prizes for the top 3 Tiny Treasures are:  1st Place $150, 2nd Place $125 and 3rd Place $100.  There is also a $25 award for most Creative Title.    12 additional TTs will be featured in WRAA’s 2020 Timely Treasures pocket calendar.  What a great way to get published as well as receive statewide recognition!

2020 will be the 11 year WRAA has sponsored Tiny Treasures.  Check out WRAA’s website, www.wraawrap.com to see all entries from past years.

2020

We are pleased to announce that the submission process for the 34th annual Culture & Agriculture juried exhibit is now open!

Culture & Agriculture is open to all artists over the age of 18, working in both two and three dimensional media, who create art that in some way draws its inspiration from agricultural heritage and/or contemporary agriculture. That inspiration may include (but is not limited to) depictions of rural landscape, farm animals, farm products, rural life, or art that in a more abstract way deals with issues and ideas related to agriculture. All styles of work are considered. Sorry, works shown in previous exhibits at New Visions Gallery are not eligible for consideration.

Go directly to the online submission form. The form and prospectus may also be accessed via the link on our website at www.newvisionsgallery.org Artists may submit up to four pieces for consideration by the jury, there is no entry fee. Submissions must be received on or before April 3, 2020. For your convenience, a pdf of the prospectus is attached to this email, however, all entries must be submitted via the online form.

Please contact our office with any questions regarding this exhibit – and feel free to pass along the information to any other artists in your circle who may be interested!
